RadioElkGrove Searches for Government Budgets

This week on RadioElkGrove: We go on the hunt to find our local budgets, assess the state of gang activity in the city, and update the Bel Air Market closure on Elk Grove Blvd.

RadioElkGrove Draws their "Line in the Sand"

Today's "Banner Edition" of RadioElkGrove takes a clear stand on what this program will seek to accomplish. This is a clear statement of values that define us.

RadioElkGrove CRASHES one day before first broadcast.

If there really IS a "Murphy", he certainly put his law into effect for the first edition of RadioElkGrove, as dozens of new listeners visited the site to experience Elk Grove's newest information service that "wasn't there"

After weeks of design and testing, the new site was simply overwhelmed with traffic. Over 150 visitors caused the host to shut the site down.

Now we are up and running with a new host, and new archive system, and everything is going fine.

It's a great problem to have, but now it's done.

A new site had to be developed and all new links.  iTunes is soon to be updated as well, though there may be two "RadioElkGrove" feeds there for a few days.

I want to apologize to all the folks that didn't get a preview of the site before now, and invite you to catch our first cast later today.
