Finally a report about the real story unfolding between EGEA and EGUSD. This report gets at the heart of the issue and reasons for the employees' actions towards the district. For once the district's spin didn't distract from the fact that they have turned their backs on 25 years of collaborative problem solving. Thank you Radio Elk Grove!!!!

Next week we're working on part 2: We'll investigate the past and present states of Interest Based Bargaining in our school district, in the story, “Have I got your interest?”
The teachers really need to dump their union if they want the support from many of the parents. The teachers need our support, but the union and the school board need to go.
